What message tracking data will be available on my account?
Who sent message, when message was sent, content of message. IOS & Android users will see when message was read and any reply to message. Blackberry users will also see when alert was received on device.
Can I receive messages while I’m on talking on the phone?
Will I receive messages on both my pager and my smartphone?
Messages can be sent to both devices for redundancy.
What types of smartphone OS versions are needed to run MessageSync®?
IOS 5 or higher, Android v2.2 or higher & Blackberry version 5 and higher.
Can I keep my cell phone number? Will I need a special data plan?
Yes. No special plan required, just any data plan.
What cellular carriers support MessageSync®?
Not carrier dependent uses standard push technology and SSL for security.
How will the message alert appear?
Appearances in IOS are user defined via “Settings” > “Notifications” > “Applications” > “MessageSync®”. Android alerts appear in notification bar. Blackberry alerts automatically launch the application.
Can I reply to the message?
Yes, to a valid MessageSync® sender.
How do I download MessageSync®?
From your device’s respective application store.
Do I need to be an IPN customer to use MessageSync®?
Yes, or through an IPN authorized reseller/affiliate.
How are messages logged? How long can I access them?
